Burn CD and Settings WindowThe Burn CD and the Settings window are about the same, only 'Other' is not shown in the Burn CD window.
You can acces these windows by clicking 'Burn CD' or 'Settings' from the main window.
CD Burner Brand/Type
If you have multiple CD Burner devices in your system you can pick the right one from the list.
Burning Speed
Here you can set the burning speed, by default the maximum speed is selected.
Close the Audio CD session or Leave the Audio CD session open
If you select closing, no more audio can be added later on. By selecting leaving open you can add tracks later. NOTE: if you leave it open you won't be able to play the CD back in any other device than the computer CD-ROM.
Auto Open CD tray
This opens the CD tray when finished burning
Cache Audio tracks on a local drive
By selecting this option, the audio files wil be written uncompressed to a temporary place on your PC. This function takes less system resources.
Enable buffer underrun
If your CD Burner supports it, we recommend to enable this settings. It will prevent from buffer underrun errors.
Simulate burning (Test mode)
To simulate burning only, not actually write Audio to the CD. May be used for testing purposes.
Lock drive while burning
This prevents from an interrupt caused by pressing the eject button on your CD Burner device accidently.
Hide settings dialog when clicking the 'Burn CD' button (only in the Settings window)
By selecting this option the Burn CD dialog not be shown by clicking 'Burn CD', the burning will start immidiately.
